Complaints are understood to be all requests, complaints and grievances concerning:
Complaints must be reported to KLW apartments and submitted in written or equivalent electronic form to KLW apartments at the latest within 7 days of the situation arising in connection with the complaint.
The complainant must provide his or her personal details, including a valid mailing address, e-mail address, contact telephone number and reservation number.
The complaint should include the designation of the flat occupied by the complainant and a complete description of the situation that is the subject of the complaint as well as a precise definition of the claim.
Complaints with the required form and content will be dealt with within 14 working days from the date of their submission to KLW apartments
Correspondence not meeting the conditions set out in points 3 and 4 KLW apartments will not be considered.
